Getting to know Kathleen...

Q: What’s your occupation?

A: Cultural Adviser

Q: What’s the highest level of education you've completed?

A: PhD

Q: Why do you tutor?
A: Education is hugely important to me. It's what has helped me in pursuing my dreams (getting a PhD, deploying to two war zones and helping the military, travelling to over 20 countries so far, and loving my job). I want other people to have the same opportunity.

Q: What did you want to be when you were 7 years old?
A: Astronaut. And an Archaeologist.

Q: What is your favorite subject?

A: Science in high school, Anthropology in college.

Q: What do you dip a chicken nugget in?

A: Hot sauce!

Q: Were you ever in a spelling bee?
A: Yup. Did I win? Nope.

Q: What is your fondest memory of high school?

A: One of the first weeks of my senior year--I'd worked my tail off over the summer and after auditions at the beginning of the year, I found out in the same week that I got the lead chair in band and the lead in the school play.
