What's All That Buzz? 11/8/2010


Last week’s mid-term elections resulted in major Democratic lost in the House of Representatives and the Senate. Republicans also gain significant victories in governor and state legislature races. When asked during President Obama’s first interview since the mid-term election, the president expressed that he saw the election losses as a “referendum on the economy.” The American people hold the party in power responsible for the continuing economic distress. The people want to see an increase in employment and economic growth. The president expressed a willingness to cooperate on issues such as tax cuts with Republican representatives.
